Abstract

The relevance of researching the specifics of corporate training for scientific and pedagogical workers at higher education institutions with a technological profile is determined by its important role in modernizing the system of higher technological education. Higher education institutions of a technological profile work closely with employers and take into account their wishes regarding the need for scientific and pedagogical workers to possess competencies in specific technologies. Corporate training of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions of technological profile is focused on the assimilation of innovative technologies, forms, methods, and means of training, the study of modern production, management methods, and scientific achievements. Its specificity lies in its high flexibility, adaptability to the needs of employees, and focus on the implementation of innovations.
