Abstract

The article defines the strategy of the educational institution in modern realities. The tasks that are complicated by the peculiarities of transformations in the educational services market of Ukraine are revealed. The emphasis is placed on the implementation of the principles of strategic management into the organizational model of educational institutions. The importance of the conditions for the existence of an educational institution is emphasized, both in the new realities of the institution's functioning and at the level of strategic management of the goals and objectives of its development.
