Abstract

The article emphasizes that during wartime and the period of post-war recovery, out-of-school education is entrusted not only with educational and instructional functions and the organization of out-of-school activities per se. Its role becomes significant as an institution of socio-pedagogical and psychosocial support, in addressing learning losses, and in creating conditions for education in de-occupied territories.
