Abstract

The law of the basic organization of competencies is formulated. Its theoretical justification and model, applied consequences, empirical confirmations, and practical applications are presented. It is proven that the basic organization of competencies holistically unites five fundamental types of them, associated with the mastery of five basic types of socio-cultural information: knowledge, values, projects, consensuses, and artistic images. The essential differences and completeness of the list of fundamental types of competencies are clarified.
