Abstract

The review article states that in art education, in the training of future art teachers, the challenges to which teachers and pedagogues should respond are outlined, in particular, to preserve and develop the traditions of artistic and pedagogical education, to strengthen artistic and educational partnerships between institutions, to be open to innovation, taking into account modern European integration processes. Based on the analysis of historical experience, modern works, valuable practices of training future music teachers in Bukovyna, the following trends in the development of music and pedagogical education in the region are identified: the tendency to improve the quality of professional training of future music teachers, the tendency to update the educational and methodological support for the training of future music teachers, the tendency to intensify the creative activity of future music teachers in the process of non formal education, the tendency to establish the nation-building potential of musical art in the training of future music teachers. The methods of the research are the following: historical and pedagogical analysis - to determine the traditions of training future teachers of musical art in Bukovyna; personological method - to outline the contribution of modern teachers and artists to the development of music and pedagogical education in the region; systematization - to outline current trends in the development of music and pedagogical education in the Bukovyna region. It is proved that the outlined trends indicate the motivation of teachers of educational institutions to improve the quality indicators in updating the content, forms, educational and methodological support for the training of future music teachers by European standards, to intensify non-formal education of students of artistic specialties, to partner and cohesion with representatives of various artistic and cultural centers, to cooperate in preserving traditions and implementing innovations in the artistic and cultural space of the region and Ukraine.
