Abstract
The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological aspects of consulting activities in higher education institutions in conditions of uncertainty. The theoretical analysis provides a detailed evolutionary retrospective, the prerequisites for the transformation of the higher education system, and a description of consulting activities in higher education institutions. A comparative analysis of European integration practices in consulting activities in higher education institutions is carried out. Conceptual approaches and organizational models for designing consulting activities in higher education institutions are identified and substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the results of empirical research on the design of consulting activities in higher education institutions in conditions of uncertainty, the formation of which is considered by the author as a prerequisite for the successful implementation of innovative management to ensure the smooth professional development of teaching, scientific and pedagogical workers and managers of educational institutions of various levels of education, educational institutions (organizations). Statistical analysis has proven the necessity of developing and the practical significance of the concept of designing consulting activities, which is critical for the effective implementation of the conceptual model and technology for designing consulting activities, as well as for developing the content of programs for the professional development of managerial and teaching staff of educational institutions of various levels of education, educational institutions (organizations) in conditions of uncertainty. The monograph will be useful for managers, scientific and pedagogical workers, and teachers at general secondary, preschool, vocational (technical), pre-higher, and higher education institutions, state and local government bodies in the field of education, scientific and pedagogical workers, teachers at postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, and professional development centers for pedagogical workers.
