Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive theoretical justification and reveals the practical aspects of the scientific and methodological support for military psychologists’ training within an open educational space. The relevance of the research is determined by the need for a radical transformation of the military education system in Ukraine according to the requirements of wartime and strategic guidelines for integration into the Euro-Atlantic security space. Based on the analysis of the current regulatory framework, specifically the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 1490 and the Concept for the Development of Digital Competencies (Order No. 167-r), and the methodological foundations for the formation of a cloud-oriented research and learning environment, it is proven that an open educational space is a decisive condition for the formation of professional readiness and subjectivity of a specialist. Particular attention is paid to the issues of psycho-emotional stability of the individual during the period of global societal transformations. It is determined that scientific and methodological support must account for mechanisms of maintaining emotional resilience and regulating psychological distress, which is critical for future military psychologists. This correlates with the development of the "latent power of meta-skills" and anticipatory processes, which collectively ensure the specialist's adaptability in extreme conditions. A significant component of the research is the implementation of the principles of open science and the use of online projects as an innovative form of disseminating scientific and pedagogical knowledge. It is substantiated that the use of cloud-oriented systems, digital portfolios, and network platforms contributes not only to access to valid information but also to the formation of professional identity and national memory. For the first time, the role of information and analytical support is emphasized as a mechanism that integrates a digital competency model with tools for ensuring the psycho-emotional stability of cadets. The paper analyzes the specifics of distance learning in accordance with NATO directives. It is proven that the transformation of scientific and methodological support through the openness of resources and the digitalization of library infrastructure allows for an effective response to the challenges of modern warfare. The author concludes that the creation of an open educational space requires a synergy of technological updates, open science, and the latest psychological approaches to developing individual resilience.
