Abstract
The article presents pedagogical biographical online projects developed by V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine, including: "We Stand on the Shoulders of Our Predecessors: Anniversary Educators," "Educators of Ukraine: We Remember, We Honor!," "Educators of Ukraine on National and Patriotic Education," and "Educators on the Ukrainian Language." The article describes the technology behind their creation (themes, content structure, principles of information presentation, English versions, design, hashtags, etc.) and outlines the specifics of implementing biographical knowledge (life milestones, creative heritage) about well-known and less known educators into the educational and scientific space through social media. In the context of open science, this ensures broad access to the history of education for audiences in Ukraine and worldwide. The article reveals the consolidating role of biographical online projects in preserving the historical memory of the Ukrainian people, especially during wartime and the informational confrontation with the russian aggressor. It substantiates the functions of these virtual products (scientific-educational and informational-communicative) in preserving spiritual heritage and disseminating truthful information about Ukrainian history globally within the framework of European integration. Their significance is justified for students, educators, researchers, academic and library professionals in the context of society’s comprehensive digitalization. The article highlights the impact of these online projects on national and patriotic education of youth and the enhancement of their civic competence amid global challenges and threats, reinforcing Ukrainian national and civic identity during the war and the post-war recovery of Ukraine. Finally, the article suggests future directions for studying the influence of pedagogical biographical online projects on the formation of digital historical memory in the international context.
