Abstract

The article tells what professional training is and where it is conducted, who needs it. The importance of training skilled workers is shown, because they occupy an important place in society. The government takes care of the compliance of the state with trends in the educational system and what laws it introduces. The article introduces readers to a project that will help to better conduct practice in educational institutions. The coronavirus and full-scale war affected digitalization in Ukraine. Ukraine actively participates in international digitization projects to exchange experience and cooperate with developed countries. Forecasts of digitization of education in Ukraine are presented. Military actions have led to the fact that education in Ukraine has become more flexible and is ready for complex challenges. The CMU adopts the Concept of the Development of Digital Competences in order to regulate the public’s familiarization with digital technologies and their implementation in work and education. Information technology provision should not be an end in itself, but it is mandatory for competitiveness. The article describes the reasons for the decline of the domestic market of information and communication technologies in Ukraine. The pandemic and the war have a negative impact on the state’s economy, but the government and every citizen are able to keep the economy going. The government should encourage businesses and every citizen to use digital technologies, and citizens, particularly educators, should develop as much as possible in terms of digitalization, because this is the key to their success and the success of the entire country.
