Abstract
The collection of scientific papers was prepared based on the outcomes of the methodological seminar “Strategic Guidelines and Innovative Practices for the Affirmation of Ukrainian National Identity under Martial Law,” held on April 3, 2025, in accordance with the work plan of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The collection includes contributions from Ukrainian scholars and practitioners who examine various aspects of the formation of Ukrainian national identity, the values of national and patriotic education during wartime and the postwar period, and the challenges of fostering partnerships between the state, the education system, and civil society in shaping the national identity of Ukrainian children and youth. The publication is intended for educators, heads of preschool, extracurricular, and general secondary education institutions, students and lecturers of higher education institutions, master’s and doctoral students, participants in postgraduate pedagogical education programs, researchers, and representatives of civil society organizations, associations, and movements — in general, for all those concerned with the issues of national and patriotic education of children and youth in Ukraine. The articles are presented in the authors’ original versions (with stylistic, spelling, punctuation, and language features preserved). The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, quotations, and references cited in their works.
