Abstract
The paper discusses the functions of pedagogical technologies in specialized secondary education. It is substantiated that specialized education should ensure the differentiation of the educational process and create conditions for maximizing the potential of each student. It is determined that the intensification of learning activities involves increasing the efficiency of the educational process through the use of modern pedagogical technologies that promote active learning, development of critical thinking, and the formation of professional and general educational competencies. It has been found that pedagogical technologies in specialized secondary schools perform a number of important functions, among which a special place is occupied by the intensification of learning and differentiation of the educational process. It is proved that the combination of these functions ensures not only an increase in the productivity of learning activities, but also the creation of conditions for individualization of learning, which is a key task of a specialized school. The differential function of pedagogical technologies contributes to the adaptation of the educational process in accordance with the abilities, interests and needs of each student, which is realized through elective courses, interactive learning platforms, personalized educational trajectories, project and problem-based learning. The key aspects of the implementation of pedagogical technologies for the intensification and differentiation of learning activities in different profiles of secondary education are outlined: natural and mathematical, humanitarian, technological, economic, and socio-psychological. Based on the analysis of modern research, it is concluded that the intensification of learning contributes not only to a deeper assimilation of knowledge, but also to the development of students' creative and critical thinking, communication skills, ability to self-education and adaptation to the challenges of the modern labor market. Prospects for further research related to the development of innovative pedagogical technologies for a specialized school that will ensure the flexibility of the educational process, adaptability of learning and a high level of student motivation are identified.
