Abstract

The article seeks to reveal how understanding the processes of neuroplasticity, attention, motivation, the impact of emotions and stress on learning can contribute to improving teaching methods, enhancing information retention and supporting professional growth in modern conditions. The study of the basic principles of neurobiology that influence the learning process will demonstrate how knowledge about the brain can improve learning and increase the effectiveness of the impact on professional development. A deeper understanding of brain activity will enable the development of specific learning skills that support individual learning goals, the ability to improve oneself, and contribute to professional development, taking into account new advances in research, including neuroscience. The study of memory, which is defined as the ability to accumulate, store information and, if necessary, reproduce it, is of great importance in neuroscience research. Neuroscience supports an individualised approach that allows adapting teaching methods to the characteristics of each student and employee, taking into account the basic principles of neuroscience. This will be facilitated by the development of curricula that take into account neuroplasticity. Programmes should take into account the following recommendations and application of principles: focus on practice and repetition, interval repetition; division of material for study into logical blocks; use of integrative approaches in learning and professional activities; taking into account the peculiarities of brain functioning depending on daily biorhythms in order to consolidate memory; to take into account positive emotions in learning and professional activities by creating new connections in the brain, feedback, and a reward system through neurotransmitters to enhance motivation; ensuring development through emotional associations, the use of emotional stimuli; applying a systematic analysis of one's progress based on self-analysis, assessing the effectiveness of one's own learning, identifying gaps in knowledge and planning further work; developing the ability to focus your attention, concentrate on tasks, meditation; avoiding stress or maintaining it at an optimal level; applying mindfulness and self-regulation practices to overcome chronic stress, depression and excessive anxiety; modelling real-life situations; learning new skills. All of this will optimise the learning process and professional activities, making them natural, productive and enjoyable through the use of neurobiological brain mechanisms.
