Abstract
he theses highlight the importance of teachers’ emotional intelligence under martial law as a factor in creating a psychologically comfortable educational environment and ensuring the quality of the educational process. The need to develop teachers’ emotional resilience and their ability to manage their own emotions and influence students’ emotional states is substantiated. Modern pedagogical approaches facilitating adaptation to crisis conditions are outlined.
