Abstract
The study presents the results of an online survey of 7,395 teachers and 24,567 parents of primary school pupils from 20 regions of Ukraine on learning losses in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic years. The research identifies the dynamics, causes, diagnostic methods, and ways to minimize learning losses under martial law.
