Abstract
This section of the manual "Organization of socio-psychological support for children and families affected by military conflicts" examines the problem of the manifestation of deviations as a result of displacement from a permanent place of residence in conditions of military operations. The work substantiates new models of psychological and socio-pedagogical support for IDP children with deviant behavior in conditions of decentralization of power, since the new model of the socio-political system requires new approaches to ensuring the specified work.
