Abstract

This study aims to analyze how everyday health maintenance practices correlate with respondents' assessment of epidemiological and environmental threats, which is an important factor in maintaining health. It is planned to identify behavioral patterns that can be potentially effective in citizens' response to future health threats. The practices that Ukrainians formed as ways of self-preservation during the war are not only a form of adaptation to stress, but also a resource for preparedness for future challenges, such as environmental disasters, pandemics, and man-made accidents.
