Abstract

The article, based on the definition of scientific approaches, goals, principles, and criteria, develops a technology for selecting and structuring the content of professional competence development for teachers of professional colleges. The proposed technological construct consists of 10 consecutive stages, which allows for a systematic and purposeful design of the personal and professional growth of each teacher in accordance with his goals, needs, motives, interests, and preferences.
