Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the motivational and demotivational factors, adherence to a healthy lifestyle of Ukrainians, taking into account the significance of environmental and epidemic threats in war conditions. It has been determined that understanding the identified factors is of great importance for the development of psychological science, as it allows not only to better explain behavioral reactions in crisis conditions, but also to form effective interventions to support the population in conditions of prolonged instability. In addition, such studies enrich theoretical models of the relationship between the concepts of psychological threats and health-preserving behavior in extreme conditions, which expands the horizons of psychological knowledge and its practical application.
