Abstract
The purpose of the initial stage of the study is to determine the semantic vectors prevalent in a person's attitude towards his own health. Thus, the semantic vectors prevalent in the attitude of Ukrainian residents to their own health lie in the following areas: (1) the area of attitude towards internal and external threats; (2) the area of assessment of useful and unhelpful changes in military life; (3) the area of awareness of available resources that most help to maintain strength and recover. Thus, increasing attention to one's own health, its value, and increasing effective self-care contribute not only to self-preservation, but also to increasing psychological well-being.
