Abstract
The article deals with the problem of forming the psychological stability of teachers of philology as one of the key factors of their professional skills. The growing psycho-emotional burden on modern teachers of Ukrainian language and literature, the need to adapt to dynamic changes in the educational environment, intensive professional communication and a high level of responsibility necessitate the introduction of effective methods to increase their stress resistance. The article substantiates the need to organize special trainings on the development of psychological resilience, which contribute to the improvement of emotional regulation, stress management and constructive communication skills in the educational process. The study is based on a systematic approach that combines cognitive, emotional and regulatory, behavioral, social and communicative, and reflective components of training work. It is determined that the cognitive component involves familiarizing teachers with the theoretical foundations of psychological resilience and effective methods of its development. The emotional-regulatory aspect is aimed at mastering emotion management techniques that reduce anxiety and professional burnout. The behavioral component ensures the development of adaptive behavioral models in difficult pedagogical situations, while the social and communication component promotes the development of skills of constructive interaction with students, colleagues and parents. An important stage of trainings is reflection, which allows teachers to realize their own level of psychological resilience and identify areas for further self-improvement. The article contains an analysis of modern scientific approaches to the problem of forming psychological resilience of teachers, an overview of methods and tools used in training work. Attention is focused on the practical orientation of trainings that provide an opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in professional activities. The use of interactive teaching methods, such as role-playing games, case studies, and group discussions, contributes to a deeper learning of the material and increases the effectiveness of preparing teachers for the challenges of educational activities. It is concluded that the organization of trainings on psychological resilience is an effective means of forming the professional skills of philology teachers. The use of an integrated approach allows to ensure their readiness to effectively perform professional duties, maintain emotional balance and create a favorable psychological climate in the educational environment.
