Abstract

The strategic task of modern education in Ukraine is to ensure effective training and education of the younger generation, spiritual enrichment of the personality, development of its activity, talent, creative potential, abilities, etc. Taking into account the modern requirements of society and the education system for the formation and development of the personality, we see an urgent need to introduce and activate new approaches in order to change the value and semantic attitudes in the educational process, to introduce a dosed combination of different approaches to form the communicative competence of the individual. This will help to form a personality that will care about the beauty and development of the language, will create a Ukrainian-speaking environment in all spheres of social life, will revive the culture, customs and traditions of the Ukrainian people, will provide highly cultural intellectual communication in the Ukrainian literary language, focused on the formation of a national-speaking personality, capable of freely and communicatively appropriate communication in various spheres of social life, and create the necessary conditions for the exchange of information, experience, and prospects for the development of society and the individual in particular. Therefore, the priority direction of modern Ukrainian linguistic didactics and language teaching practice in educational institutions is the formation and development of a linguistic personality, who is a native speaker of the language as the highest human value.
