Abstract
Professional pedagogical communication is the core of the professional activity of a modern teacher, an important means of organizing and implementing the educational and educational and educational and production process in an educational institution in general and implementing educational discourse in an educational session in particular. The purpose of the article is to characterize the features of the development of professional communicative competence of a teacher of a vocational (vocational and technical) education institution, to outline the ways of its development in the conditions of formal education. Professional pedagogical communication is a complex formation consisting of a number of interrelated components (communicative, interactive, perceptual), various forms of reproductive and productive forms of subject-subject interaction of participants in the educational process, aimed at transferring educational information from the teacher to the student and ensuring reflection between them. Professional pedagogical communication is carried out in the field of education and is designed, first of all, to ensure the training and education of the student. The leading role in pedagogical communication belongs to the teacher. It is proved within the article that the development of professional communicative competence of a pedagogical worker, which organically continues the formation of the national-linguistic personality of a modern teacher, should occur systematically and purposefully in the conditions of formal education during planned advanced training and within the framework of informal education constantly in the process of self-development. At the same time, attention should be focused on the development of skills and abilities for carrying out professional communication, studying the features of professional language, developing a culture of speech and communication, and communicative behavior of an employee of an educational institution. The development of professional communicative competence and the competence of communication in the state Ukrainian language involves improving professional language competence in accordance with changes in modern Ukrainian spelling; deepening and systematizing knowledge, skills and abilities regarding compliance with current norms of official business style of speech; mastering current requirements for the design of official business papers.
