Abstract

The publication analyzes the main threats and methodologies of information protection. Information security in information and communication systems is a complex and multifaceted process that requires an integrated approach. Modern threats require not only the use of high-tech solutions, but also consideration of the human factor, organization of processes, and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Only a systematic approach to this problem can ensure reliable information protection and maintain data confidentiality in a world where digital threats are constantly evolving. Given the growing importance of information security, it can be argued that this topic will remain in the focus of attention of both IT professionals and legislators, as attacking technologies are constantly improving and information continues to be in the highest value category.
