Abstract

Since independence and up to the present, the fighting in Eastern Ukraine, the coronavirus and the full-scale invasion, the education system has been plagued by bureaucratization and inefficiency. It is necessary to find a solution to ensure that specialists go to work in their profession and effectively improve the economy. Therefore, the following theses were highlighted. In order for the education system to work more effectively for the benefit of its state, it must cooperate with business. Business needs workers and specialists with appropriate mental abilities, and education prepares them. Therefore, no one else, like entrepreneurs, can say more precisely what the education system needs to do. Students should work and study without taking their eyes off work, which will solve the problem of lack of funds for maintenance or self-sufficiency of individuals who do not produce anything.
