Abstract
The theses state that mutual support is the main and basic method of combating the negative processes of the influence of martial law. There is a call for honest and friendly competition in the labor market. It is noted that teachers are a link that prepares not only specialists who will qualitatively fulfill their duties, but also educates people with high moral values. The question is raised that adults experience changes much more difficult and are less capable of learning than younger people. Andragogy helps to explore various problems of adult education, including during martial law. The theses note the relevance of psychological support for teachers.
