Abstract
The collection presents the abstracts of the reports of the participants of the scientific and practical seminar "Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the formation of modern skills in skilled workers for the post-war restoration of Ukraine" (March 27, 2025, Bila Tserkva). During the seminar, a number of topical issues were considered regarding: psychological support for the formation of a socially successful personality of a future skilled worker in conditions of martial law, pedagogical factors for the formation of professional competencies of skilled workers, features of the organization and implementation of educational work in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions, psychological support for participants in the educational process in conditions of martial law, psychological and pedagogical support for applicants for vocational (vocational and technical) education with special educational needs, increasing the motivation of applicants for vocational (vocational and technical) education to study, creating an innovative educational environment in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions as a condition for ensuring the quality of vocational training of skilled workers. The materials of the collection will be useful to managers, methodologists, senior masters, teachers of vocational and theoretical training and masters of industrial training in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions. The authors of the abstracts are responsible for the content and reliability of the materials.
