Abstract

The presentation highlights approaches to the professional development of “Defence of Ukraine” teachers as a factor in fostering civic resilience in times of crisis. It introduces the "5R" model as a tool for designing professional training programs, shares survey results from educators, and presents a regional case of an intensive training course held in Kyiv region. Emphasis is placed on the importance of subjectivity, emotional resilience, and dialogue as key strategies in preparing educators for hybrid challenges.
