Abstract
The methodological recommendations were developed for the curriculum of the eponymous advanced training course for academic staff. They are the supporting methodological material for the modules: "Professional and Personal Development of Higher Education Teacher on Andragogical Principles as a Component of Lifelong Learning", "Tools for Professional Growth of Academic Staff of Higher Education Institutions" for all types of course classes. The methodological recommendations highlight modern approaches to the professional development of higher education teachers, which include consideration of regulations, tools for the professional development of teachers, etc. The creative use of the methodological recommendations will contribute to the professionalization of teachers, increase their motivation to achieve success in educational activities, professional and personal development. The methodological recommendations are addressed to pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher, vocational, postgraduate education institutions, research institutions, students, and other interested parties.
