Abstract

The purpose of the study was to substantiate the features of professional and emotional burnout of their different categories (by gender, position, age and teaching experience). The tasks were solved using empirical methods, primarily testing: the method of diagnosing emotional burnout by V. Boyko, the method of determining professional burnout by K. Maslach (adaptation of N. Vodop’yanova, E. Starchenkova), the method of determining psychological burnout by O.O. Rukavishnikova.
