Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the socio-psychological conditions and develop means of developing the civic identity of pedagogical workers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions. To achieve this goal, based on the analysis of scientific sources on the problem under study, the conditions, mechanisms and means of developing the civic identity of pedagogical workers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions were determined; a program was developed and an empirical study of the features of their civic identity was conducted; based on the results of the empirical study, typical models and problems of civic identification of pedagogical workers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions were determined; a program for developing their civic identity was developed and tested.
