Abstract
The purpose of developing this training program: the formation of moral values of vocational (vocational and technical) education applicants on the basis of existential psychology and parable therapy. The content of this training program reflects modern trends in the formation of moral values of vocational (vocational and technical) education applicants, contains information on the essence of these values, methods of organizing and conducting training sessions in the conditions of a modern vocational (vocational and technical) education institution on the basis of a competency-based approach. The main provisions of this training program are both scientifically and methodologically and practically oriented in nature and are designed to contribute to a clearer and more systematic understanding of the methodology for the formation of moral values of vocational (vocational and technical) education applicants. The materials of this training program will be useful to pedagogical workers and heads of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) and specialized pre-higher education, primarily social educators and psychologists.
