Abstract

The program is developed on the principles of existential psychology and parable therapy, the number of supporters of the practical application of which has increased significantly in Ukraine in recent years. This is explained, first of all, by their effectiveness, thanks to which positive changes in human behavior occur in a relatively short period of time. Participation in the Program serves as an effective tool for correcting violations of the value-semantic sphere of a person. Participants reflect on their life values, acquire knowledge and skills in planning ways to achieve them. The existential approach requires specialists to have a balanced and attentive attitude to the formation of a person’s value system. Undoubtedly, recognition of the effectiveness of universal human values ​​is a necessary condition for the implementation of the Program.
