Abstract

The article presents the key findings of the project «Analysis of Pedagogical Studies at the Ukrainian Free University in Germany» within the DAAD program «Ukraine’s Future: Research Grants for Ukrainian Master’s Students and Researchers». It highlights the structure of teacher training in the master's and doctoral programs at UFU, along with the corresponding educational and methodological support. The study includes observational data and in-depth interviews on the specific features of the educational process, emphasizing the role of the UFU library as a key actor in designing a human-centered learning environment for teacher preparation. Recommendations are provided for Ukrainian higher pedagogical education institutions on implementing the best practices of developing teacher subjectivity at the Ukrainian Free University.
