Abstract
The monograph was prepared by the author team of the Department of University-Society Interaction of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine based on the results of the scientific research “Social Inclusion in Higher Education in the Post-War Period” (2024-2025). The importance of social inclusion in higher education and the need to strengthen it in Ukraine during and after the war are substantiated; international standards for ensuring social inclusion in higher education are analyzed, its indicators are determined, and the main approaches to its formation and strengthening are outlined; the content of financial inclusion in higher education is revealed, international and domestic practices of its implementation are described. Based on the results of the analysis, theoretical and conceptual principles of the culture of social inclusion in higher education for post-war Ukrainian society are formulated and a concept of social inclusion in higher education for post-war recovery is proposed. For scientific and pedagogical workers, experts, higher education researchers, heads of higher education institutions, students and other persons interested in the modernization of higher education, strengthening its social role, involving universities in the implementation of deep structural transformations in the field of higher education, and increasing the contribution of higher education institutions to the processes of post-war recovery.
