Abstract

The article discusses the important role of feedback mechanisms in counseling young entrepreneurs, with an emphasis on their implementation to improve quality and effectiveness. Using a variety of feedback channels, advisors engage in continuous evaluation, adapting strategies to meet the changing needs of young entrepreneurs. By fostering collaboration and reflection, these mechanisms help both advisors and clients overcome challenges and optimize outcomes on the path to entrepreneurial success.
