Abstract
The report analyzes the specifics of the self-education activities of research and teaching staff in higher education institutions based on andragogical principles in the context of corporate learning. The goals, main directions, tasks, and functions of Centers for Non-Formal Education are outlined. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the scientific and methodological support of these centers for the professional development of higher education instructors.
