Abstract
The dictionary, compiled by researchers from the Department of Content and Technologies of Pedagogical Education at the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, presents definitions of concepts that form the terminological field of the issue of innovations in the content of psychological-pedagogical training of future educators based on competence principles, taking into account the provisions of Professional Standards for Teachers and Educators. The lexicographic work of the authors was aimed at determining the essential characteristics of these concepts, considering current legislative and regulatory documents in the field of continuous pedagogical education, as well as research by scholars on the theory and practice of pedagogical training of future educators at various educational levels in institutions of vocational pre-higher and higher pedagogical education. Intended for lecturers in institutions of vocational pre-higher and higher pedagogical education, future teachers, educators, researchers, teachers in general education institutions, and scholars investigating issues related to the improvement of professional training of modern teachers.
