Abstract

Every person, regardless of their health status, physical or intellectual disability, has the right to receive an education of the same quality as that of healthy people. Inclusive education is based on an ideology that excludes any discrimination, ensures equal treatment for all, but creates special conditions for children with special needs. Recognition of the rights of a child with special educational needs, their interests, needs, assistance in the process of socialization and choice of professional activity is very important at the current stage of development of education.
