Abstract

The collection presents the reports and presentations of scientists, professors, graduate students, and students of educational and scientific institutions at the Scientific and Practical Conference "Human and Civil Rights under Martial Law: Challenges and Protection Mechanisms," which was organized and conducted by the Research Institute of State Building and Local Self-Government of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine in conjunction with the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine as part of the implementation of joint program activities. For scientists, graduate students, students, and those interested in the issues of ensuring and protecting human and civil rights in the face of modern socio-political challenges.
