Abstract
The collection is based on the materials of the participants of the 10th International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Adult Education in the System of Continuing Education". The co-organizers of the conference were: the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Lomza (Poland), the Branch of JSC "NCPC "Orleu" of the Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers in Zhambyl Region (Kazakhstan), Tbilisi Center for Training and Retraining of Motor Vehicle Drivers (Georgia), the National University "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic", Grigory Skovoroda University in Pereyaslav, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management of Mariupol State University (Kyiv), the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Melitopol State Pedagogical University (Zaporizhzhya). During the conference, topical issues of developing the psychological and pedagogical competence of teaching staff under martial law, foreign experience in training competitive specialists, formation of teachers' readiness for innovative activities in the system of continuous education, organization of the educational process based on personality-oriented and self-managed learning, use of digital technologies in improving the qualifications of specialists, improvement of modern models of professional development of teachers and psychological support of adult education, as well as issues of integrating innovative approaches to learning in formal, non-formal and informal education were discussed. The materials of the collection will be useful for teachers, education seekers, postgraduate students, young scientists and everyone who is interested in issues of professional development and training of a modern competent specialist. The collection is compiled from prepared materials provided by the authors.
