Abstract

The collection is based on the materials of the participants of the 10th International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Adult Education in the System of Continuing Education". The co-organizers of the conference were: the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Lomza (Poland), the Branch of JSC "NCPC "Orleu" of the Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers in Zhambyl Region (Kazakhstan), the Tbilisi Center for Training and Retraining of Motor Vehicle Drivers (Georgia), the National University "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic", the University of Grigory Skovoroda in Pereyaslav, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management of Mariupol State University (Kyiv), Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky (Zaporizhzhya). During the conference, topical issues of developing the psychological and pedagogical competence of teachers under martial law, foreign experience in training competitive specialists, forming teachers' readiness for innovative activities in the system of continuous education, organizing the educational process based on personally-oriented and self-managed learning, using digital technologies to improve the qualifications of specialists, improving modern models of professional development of teachers and psychological support for adult education, as well as issues of integrating innovative approaches to learning in formal, non-formal and informal education were discussed. The materials of the collection will be useful for teachers, education seekers, postgraduate students, young scientists and everyone who is interested in issues of professional development and training of a modern competent specialist. The collection is compiled from prepared materials provided by the authors.
