Abstract
The labor market in the post-war period will be differentiated by regional and industry needs for specialists with differences in their quality, which causes divergence of priorities for managing regional labor markets and determines the need to distribute these needs over time. This indicates that the shortage of personnel in the post-war period created a need for their motivation for mobility and caused the ranking of priorities at each stage of economic reconstruction. At the first stage of reconstruction, specialists in construction and related industries will be needed. This will also create a new cause of unemployment - a decrease in demand for outdated specialties and the formation of a new type of unemployment - for those who are unable to quickly update their specialized knowledge. This will lead to a decrease in the share of qualified workers among those who return to Ukraine, which will reduce the quality indicators of the labor force in the post-war period.
