Abstract

In the context of the destructive influence of external factors on the economic, political, social, environmental and security situation, higher education institutions should become educational, scientific and innovative centers. In addition, in modern conditions, the third mission of higher education institutions is becoming more relevant - social, which involves active participation in the public life of communities and the country as a whole. The armed aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine leads to an increase in the number of people who have problems not only with physical, but also with mental health, which creates barriers to the education of students and makes it impossible to continue working in their previously acquired education and profession for people who have already received education. In addition, as a result of the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, the destruction of housing and enterprises, a significant part of the population is forced to change their place of residence and look for a new job.
