Abstract

In the conditions of innovative socio-cultural challenges, society and the state form a demand for the training of a specialist who is competitive on the labor market.Transformations associated with European integration, positive results of educational reforms, increasing the competitiveness of the economy require the creation of a modern professional education environment and an effective system of training workers for the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The professional development of the methodologists of ZP(PT)O and NMC P(PT)O is a necessary condition for achieving the quality of educational processes in today's changing conditions, the balance between flexibility and stability, creativity and effectiveness. The goal of the educational and professional training program "Professional development of methodologists in the conditions of sociocultural and educational challenges" is the development of integral, key, general and professional competences of methodologists of ZP(PT)O and NMC P(PT)O, which ensure the effectiveness of their professional activities and promote continuous professional and personal development through formal, informal and informal education in the conditions of social transformations and European integration processes in education. The program contains a complex of educational components, in particular content modules, variable modules (special courses), etc., aimed at achieving specified learning outcomes. It is used in the process of: internal and external quality control of professional development; development and adjustment of educational and work curricula and programs; determination of profiles of professional competences in accordance with the Classifier of occupations of employees by category; development of assessment tools (identification of competencies and measurement of learning outcomes) of The educational and professional program was developed in accordance with the comprehensive topic of the Bilotserk Institute of Continuous Vocational Education of the People's Republic of China "Trendwatching of the labor market in the system of training and professional development of specialists in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022–2025).
