Abstract

The article analyzes the dynamics of the labor market in the city of Bila Tserkva (Kyiv region) during 2023-2024. It was concluded that during this period the number of vacancies in the city increased almost 5 times. This creates significant opportunities for the employment of specialists in various professions and specialties in numerous state, communal and private enterprises, organizations and institutions of various forms of ownership, which offer more than 2,200 vacancies to those who wish to do so. The structure of vacancies by types of activity during this period almost did not change, with the exception of an increase in the share of vacancies in trade and service. It is possible to acquire professions and specialties that are in demand on the city's labor market in numerous institutions of professional (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher and higher education, but the most competitive and in-demand are labor professions, which can be acquired in institutions of professional (vocational-technical) education.
