Abstract

During wartime, the moral and ethical education of young students becomes particularly relevant in order to form positive national and patriotic values ​​in them. This also applies to applicants for professional (vocational and technical) education, the number of which reached 230 thousand people. The vast majority of them are of a young age, which is sensitive for the formation of a value and motivational system of the individual. In order to form the moral values ​​of applicants for education, we have developed and tested an appropriate training program, which is built on the principles of existential psychology and parable therapy. The content of this training program reflects modern trends in the formation of moral values ​​of applicants for education, contains information on the essence of these values, methods of organizing and conducting training classes in a modern educational institution on the basis of a competency-based approach.
