Abstract

Analytical materials (preprint) are devoted to the problem of developing the scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities in the context of expanding institutional autonomy. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign practice, the authors reveal domestic achievements and problems, and also outline progressive ideas of foreign experience in the development of the scientific and pedagogical potential of universities. The introduction of analytical materials (preprint) will contribute to the involvement of educational policy makers, heads of higher education institutions, scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers and higher education students in the theoretical foundations of the development of the scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities in order to develop strategies for the development of universities, increase their rating and competitiveness in the European Higher Education Area. For educational policy makers, scientists, heads of higher education institutions, scientific and pedagogical workers and higher education students.
