Abstract
The analytical report contains the results of the All-Ukrainian online survey conducted as part of the project "Long-term program of sustainability for Ukraine" of the Foundation in the structure of UNICEF "Education Cannot Wait" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The all-Ukrainian online survey was conducted with the aim of familiarizing with modern forms and methods of teaching general education subjects (integrated courses) in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, the level of their integration with the professional component of educational programs, analyzing the availability and effectiveness of their didactic and logistical support; obtaining objective information regarding expectations and satisfaction with the state of education, teaching under OP, the level of closeness to the professional requests of those seeking education and the needs of the labor market; providing applicants with the necessary competencies that meet the requirements of employers and the labor market; improvement of the quality of training of a modern specialist in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine's economy. The respondents of the All-Ukrainian online survey were graduates of professional (vocational and technical education) institutions; teachers of professional (vocational and technical education) institutions; directors (deputy directors) of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, employers. Materials of the online survey, in particular analytical information, recommendations, etc., can be used to develop model programs for professional guidance, innovative educational and didactic support in the context of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" Concept, taking into account the latest educational challenges, the needs of the labor market, employers and key stakeholders. For a wide range of educators and employers involved in organizing various segments of continuous professional development of specialists for the post-war reconstruction of the economy of Ukraine.
