Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of training specialists in special education to work in the conditions of inclusion in the context of reforming the education system and European integration processes. Special attention is paid to the study of the value bases of training future specialists for team interaction in inclusive education. The importance of a team approach in fulfilling the tasks of inclusive education, namely full-fledged education and adaptation of children with special educational needs in the modern space, is emphasized. It is emphasized that the public request for the training of special education specialists is currently being changed. The importance of improving the theoretical, practical, and psychological training of applicants in the institution of higher education is noted. It is asserted that successful inclusive education requires the formation of a humanistic educational system based on values such as: respect for diversity, the rights of the child, non-discrimination and others. Special attention is paid to the importance of the axiological development of teachers who possess high moral standards and bear the mission of expanding inclusion in society. With this in mind, the importance of an axiological (value) approach to the training of future specialists is substantiated. The article also notes the importance of teamwork and the priority of values, such as mutual respect, willingness to compromise, and the priority of the child's interests. The values of inclusive education, as well as the values of teamwork in inclusion (orientation on interaction, leadership, emotional intelligence, self-development, etc.) are defined. The theoretical and practical principles that can be used in the preparation of special education specialists for team work in the conditions of inclusion are indicated. The research is focused on the identification of previously unresolved parts of the general problem, which ensures the development of new approaches to the training of special education specialists in inclusive education.
