Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of socio-psychological features of interaction between subjects – expressors of public opinion on the issues of reforming education in the family-school system. Intersubjective interaction is considered as a form of specific communication realized by subjects in the process of exchanging information, knowledge, skills, abilities, activities, behavioral patterns and life experience. It is noted that intersubjective interaction is manifested in the mutual influence of individuals and social groups, communities; it is revealed through a system of interdependent social actions. The basis for the development of social and psychological interaction is the similarity or dissimilarity of the needs, interests, ideas, views, beliefs, goals and actions of the subjects. Socio-psychological interactions include individual actions of subjects, relationships between them, statuses and roles, as well as values, symbols and meanings that they create and reproduce. The main condition for the formation of public opinion and its substantive and practical result is the activity of social subjects, and the reason for this activity is the basic need of subjects for interaction and communication. It is noted that public opinion functions at two levels: verbal – perception of information and its processing and evaluation; effective – implementation of activities by the subject in accordance with this evaluation. It is established that the characteristics of interaction between social actors in the «family-school» system have both similar and specific features of manifestation, determined by their variability and heterogeneity. The factor structure of intersubjective interaction in the experimental groups of «Parents», «Teachers» and «Pupils» is considered. Among the main factors of interaction in the «family-school» system are mutual assistance and freedom of expression, mutual understanding and mutual development, participation in solving common problems, activity-passivity in defending one's own opinions and openness to others.
